Aperol Spritz Popsicles

Frosty, fun and oh so good! An easy and delicious way to cool down on a hot day.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together Aperol, soda, and juice in a measuring cup with an easy-pour spout or mixing glass. Divide the mixture evening among the popsicle molds. Freeze at least 1 hour then insert popsicle sticks.
  2. Return to the freezer and freeze 6 to 8 hours or until solid.
  3. To remove popsicles, run warm water on the outside of the popsicle mold until it releases. If desired, place popsicle in a glass and serve with prosecco.
