Think dirty martini meets citrus spritz in this fun and funky libation. She's bold, bright, and briny.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1½ oz Citrus Aperitivo
- 3 oz tonic water
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz olive brine
- Garnish: olives and thyme sprig
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a collins glass and top with ice.
- Stir twice.
