The quintessential tiki cocktail, the Mai Tai, gets an autumnal makeover with the perfectly complementary addition of chai spice.Â
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ oz Portland Syrups Bright Chai Syrup
- ¼ oz Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 2 oz rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- nutmeg garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a dehydrated lime wheel.
