If a ginger snap cookie had a wild night out! Warm baking spices, a kick of rum, and a touch of citrus make this one impossible to resist.
INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ oz Liber & Co. Fiery GInger Syrup
- ¼ oz Liber and Co. Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 ½ oz brandy
- ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross suggested)
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
