Calling all pickle lovers... this is the cocktail you've been dreaming of! You'll love this salty spin on the classic.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz gin or Non-Alcoholic Gin
- ½ ounce dry white vermouth or Roots Divino Bianco Non-Alcoholic Vermouth
- 1 oz Pickle Juice
- Mini Dill Pickle
- olive
- Cocktail Onion
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the gin, vermouth, and pickle juice in a cocktail mixing glass (or any other type of glass). Fill the mixing glass with 1 handful ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds until very cold.
- Strain the drink into a cocktail or martini glass (purists chill the glass first).
- Garnish with an olive, mini dill pickle, and cocktail onion on a cocktail pick.
