This sexy, elegant pre-Prohibition-era gin cocktail tastes even better than it looks!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz your favorite Gin or non-alcoholic gin
- ½ oz Raspberry Syrup or Grenadine
- 1 oz frresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish with fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake it again for at least 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
