Yuzu Collins

An asian inspired spritz that's perfect for patio season.

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ oz of Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup
• 3 oz gin or Non-alcoholic Gin Alternative
• 2-3 dashes All The Bitter Orange
• 6 oz Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs
• Lemon slice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add Yuzu Syrup, gin or non-alcoholic gin alternative, and orange bitters to a Cocktail Shaker with three ice cubes and shake well.
   
2. Strain into highball glass and top with Prima Pavé Blanc De Blancs.
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
