Join us for the first installment of Cocktail Academy, a demo-based cocktail class series where we explore the stories, flavors, and techniques behind iconic drinks. 
First up: The Negroni! Help us celebrate Negroni week with this bold, bitter, balanced, and beloved Italian classic. 

What to Expect:

Live Cocktail Demos - We’ll be preparing three Negroni variations for you to taste:

• The Classic Negroni
• A bold and creative Negroni riff
• The bright and "modern classic" White Negroni

Negroni Tasting Flight – You’ll enjoy a tasting of all three drinks as we explore the flavor profiles, balance, and what makes each version unique.

Tools & Techniques – Learn what tools are essential, how bartenders build a balanced cocktail, and the difference between shaking, stirring, and which to use when. 

Ingredient Deep Dive – We’ll cover the key components of the Negroni: gin, vermouth, and bitter liqueurs. You’ll leave knowing what to look for when stocking your home bar.

The Story Behind the Sip – Get a dose of cocktail history, including how the Negroni came to be, its Italian roots to modern cocktail menus, and why it remains a staple in cocktail culture.

Snacks - Because snacks make everything better! 

Take-Home Recipe Cards – Each guest will leave with a beautifully designed set of recipe cards, so you can easily recreate each drink at home.
