They source organic Meiwa kumquats from Nopalito's property then macerate them whole with organic lavender flowers and rose petals in their base of organic apple cider vinegar and cane sugar. The shrub is pink, floral, and ripping with fresh acidity and juicy spring flavors.
For Cocktails: Add 1/2oz shrub. Each bottle makes up to 17 cocktails. For Sodas: Mix 1/2oz shrub per 6oz bubbly water. Each bottle makes up to 17 sodas.
